This is one of the only songs I've ever written that had a melody before a chord progression. In fact, the melody is so flowing and baroque that it took me a while to figure out a chord progression that'd work! I did, though, and the results are heard here...the demo is pretty lame, as are the lyrics (which will likely be re-written), but I LOVE the way the melody and chords go together. It makes me smile just to hear it. Hopefully it'll do the same for you.
