First song of 2010 for me. Here's hoping there are more where this came from!
This is sort of inspired by all the cheesy, manipulative pop-country crap I've been hearing lately - songs about men who have done the woman wrong and have to deal with it even though they (the men) still love them and never realized what they had. This one's got a bit of a different spin on it - in that he really didn't give a shit about her - she was convenient - and when he's realized she's gone he all of a sudden gives a shit but comes to the realization she's better off without him.
Recorded late at night, so the mix is utter shit (but I will post an improved demo of this sometime soon).
